The Operations Manager plays a central role in coordinating workflows, supporting team productivity, and maintaining the systems that keep Doug Vince Financial Advisory organized. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on practical improvement and reliable day-to-day execution in a growing Canada-based advisory firm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee internal operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate workflows between administrative, accounting, tax, and client-facing teams.
- Support the implementation of systems, policies, and procedures as the firm grows.
- Monitor operational priorities and help teams stay aligned on deadlines and client deliverables.
- Partner with leadership on planning, reporting, and resource coordination.
